Know what you are agreeing to.
Your proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, platform arrangements and payment terms. We discuss the effect of changes before extending the scope. For a larger ambition, we can identify a useful first release and a separate roadmap.
What changes the budget?
Design complexity, catalogue structure, data migration and integrations are the main variables. An existing identity and organized product information can reduce preparation work. We can separate the first release from later improvements; the proposal states deliverables, responsibilities and payment stages.
A little more clarity.
Is all work free through the programme?
No. The programme is a separate application-based opportunity for selected brands. Any free implementation is decided case by case for an agreed scope; it is not the default offer for every project.
How long will the project take?
We estimate after reviewing the catalogue, design, data and required integrations. A first launch and a complex migration have different dependencies. Your proposal sets out phases, review points and a realistic launch plan.
