After launch

Online store support and ongoing development.

When checkout fails or the next improvement needs planning, you need people who know your store. We handle problems and ongoing development with priorities agreed together.

The work

What needs attention today?

We separate problems affecting sales from planned changes and agree what to tackle first.

01

Maintain

Investigate issues, review updates and maintain the integrations and functionality within the agreed scope.

02

Improve

Use customer feedback and available analytics to prioritise changes to the shopping journey.

03

Extend

Scope new functionality, test it and release it with a clear handover to your team.

The Clashers

The Clashers

A store keeps changing after launch.

The Clashers brings several product worlds into one store — the books, 19 and ClashVit. After launch, every store keeps changing: new products, campaigns and customer expectations. We stay involved through the support and development arrangement agreed with each client.

Behind the screens

Make the next improvement measurable.

We agree the problem, the change and the signal we will review afterwards: checkout completion, a recurring error or time spent on an order. Priorities can change as evidence arrives; each release has a defined scope and checks.

Working together

From the first conversation to a working result.

  1. 01

    Agree how to reach us

Set the communication channel, support scope and escalation path. Your request goes to the person who can investigate it.

  2. 02

Deal with what affects sales first

A broken payment flow needs different attention from a new page. We separate urgent problems from planned improvements and keep you informed.

  3. 03

    Keep a useful next-step list

Review recurring problems, customer feedback and analytics. Scope the next change, test it and check whether it helped.

Before we get started.

Do you offer monthly online store support?

Support is not a standard package — we agree it with each client: the communication channel, scope, support hours and what happens in an urgent case. For ongoing development we also agree how fixes, improvements and new features are prioritised. Team availability and commercial terms are set out in advance, not assumed to be unlimited.

How do we report a problem?

Use the support channel agreed for your engagement. Tell us what happened, when it happened and which order or screen is affected. We get the request to the right person and investigate.

What if checkout or payments stop working?

Tell us immediately through the agreed channel. We treat interruptions to purchasing as urgent and route them to the person who can investigate. Support hours and response arrangements are agreed with you.

Can you keep developing the store?

Yes. We can plan improvements from customer feedback, order-handling difficulties and analytics. Each change has a defined purpose and is checked before release.

Do all requests need the same process?

No. A blocked checkout needs immediate triage; a new campaign layout can be planned. We route the request to the right person and keep you informed.

Tell us about your next step.

Tell us what you want to improve or launch. You do not need a finished brief or a meeting booking. The first conversation is free and without obligation.
