Who runs this website
The website alphabite.io is run by Alphabite. Email: info@alphabite.io. In these terms, “we” means Alphabite and “you” means anyone who uses the website.
What this website is for
The website presents our services, projects and way of working, and publishes practical guides to ecommerce. Its information is general and is not an offer. Enquiries through the form or the chat, requests to be contacted and applications to the brand development programme do not create a contract and do not oblige us to take on a project. Programme participants are selected after an individual assessment, and applying does not guarantee a place or free work. We agree the scope, price, timeline and responsibilities of each project with you separately, before any work starts.
Using the website
You are welcome to browse the website and share links to it. Please use the forms and the chat only for genuine enquiries and with information you are entitled to share. Do not send spam, threats, unlawful content or malicious code, and do not try to get around the security checks, the request limits or the protection of non-public parts of the website. Automated tools and AI agents are welcome if they follow robots.txt, do not overload the website and send forms only with the permission of the person they act for. If the website is misused, we may block submissions or access to it.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, graphics and code, as well as the Alphabite name and logo, belong to us or are used under licence. Our clients’ names, logos, photos and materials belong to their respective owners and are shown to present the work we have done for them. You may not copy, modify or distribute content from the website without our written permission, except as the law allows, for example a short quotation with the source acknowledged.
The AI assistant
The assistant in the chat is powered by artificial intelligence. Its answers are for information only, may contain mistakes and are not an offer, a promise or professional advice. The assistant cannot conclude contracts, set prices or accept projects; our team decides these. Please confirm important information from the chat with us before you rely on it.
Links to other websites
The website links to websites of clients, partners and other third parties. We do not control their content, operation or privacy policies and are not responsible for them. A link does not mean that we endorse everything published on that website.
Liability
We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, and the website accessible and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by Bulgarian law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from being unable to use it. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you send through the forms, the chat and applications, and how the website uses cookies and analytics tools.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when we add features to the website or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, together with the date from which it applies. This version is effective from 25 September 2026.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If a dispute arises, please write to us first and we will try to resolve it together. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement are decided by the competent Bulgarian court. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by mandatory consumer protection rules. You can file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection or ask for the dispute to be resolved out of court by one of its conciliation commissions.
