Accessibility statement

How we work to make alphabite.io accessible to everyone, what is not accessible yet and how to tell us if something does not work for you. This statement was prepared on 25 September 2026.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use alphabite.io, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader or screen magnification. This statement covers all public pages of alphabite.io in Bulgarian, English and Turkish, including the brand development programme page.

Standard and compliance status

We aim for WCAG 2.2 at level AA. WCAG are the international guidelines for accessible web content, and the European standard EN 301 549 also bases its requirements for websites on them. The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: some parts do not meet the requirements yet. The exceptions we know about are listed below.

What is not accessible yet

We know about the following issues and are working on them. If one of them gets in your way, write to us and we will send you the content in a format that suits you.

The video testimonial has no captions

The video of Slavi Panayotov from The Clashers on the home page, some service pages and the programme page does not have captions yet (WCAG 1.2.2). We will send you a text version on request.

The logo strip has no pause button

The strip of client logos on the home page moves automatically and does not have a visible pause button yet (WCAG 2.2.2). It stops when you point at it with a mouse or reach it with the keyboard, and it does not move if your device is set to reduce motion.

Demos in earlier projects

Some interactive demos in the presentations of our earlier platform projects in the Projects section have not been fully checked with a keyboard and a screen reader yet.

How we assessed the website

This statement is based on a self-assessment by our team on 25 September 2026: automated checks with axe-core and Lighthouse and manual keyboard testing.

If something on the website does not work for you, or you need content in another format (for example text instead of video, or the information on a page as plain text), email info@alphabite.io with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us which page it is and what did not work. We will reply within 5 working days.
