How we use artificial intelligence
Where alphabite.io uses artificial intelligence, what it does and how people stay in control.

The AI project assistant
The “Let’s talk” button in the bottom right corner opens a chat with an AI assistant. It runs on an OpenAI language model and is labelled as an AI assistant in the chat, with a note that messages are processed by OpenAI. The assistant uses only the public content of this website and what you write to it. It has no access to other conversations, client data or other websites.
People stay in control
Conversations are saved, and the Alphabite team can read them and take over any of them. The AI then stops replying, and the team’s messages are labelled “Alphabite team”. The assistant does not make decisions that produce legal effects for you or similarly significantly affect you: it does not accept or turn down projects or applications, set prices or conclude contracts. Its answers may contain mistakes, so our team confirms the important details. If you would rather not use AI, use the enquiry form or write to info@alphabite.io.
AI-generated images
On service pages, in the guides and on information pages (for example about pricing, contact and privacy), the illustrations and the general photos that do not show a specific client or project were created with image generation tools and reviewed by our team before publication. The people in them are fictional and are not Alphabite staff or clients. Photos and screens from client projects, client logos and photos of our team are real.
Text and translation
We use AI tools to help write, edit and translate the text on the website, including the guides and the language versions. Every text is reviewed by our team before publication, and the team is responsible for its content.
Your AI agent and our forms
If you use your own AI assistant or agent, it can read the website like any visitor. For such tools we publish a short summary of the website at alphabite.io/llms.txt. In browsers that support the experimental WebMCP standard, the enquiry form and the programme application form are available to your agent as tools. They run only in your browser: the website has no remote MCP server and no ChatGPT app.
Preparing for calls about applications
When you apply to the brand development programme and give us a store or website address, our team may prepare for the first call with an internal overview produced with an OpenAI model. It is based only on public information (the text and screenshots of the store’s public pages, estimates of its search visibility, speed test results and public data from its Instagram profile) and on your answers about your products, stage, platform and needs. The model is not sent the email address or phone number from your application, or our internal notes. The overview does not decide whether your application is selected; our team does. We may do the same research for businesses whose details we add by hand (for example after a call, a message or a recommendation); here too, the model is not sent the email address or phone number from the record.
