AI for ecommerce

AI that helps with the work behind your store.

Answer product questions, prepare repetitive work and pass the conversation to a person when needed. We start with one useful task and connect the assistant to information you can trust.

The work

Choose a job worth taking off the team’s hands.

These are possible project scopes. We check your data, systems and rules before recommending what to automate.

01

Help customers choose

Explain differences using approved product information. Ask for missing requirements instead of inventing an answer about compatibility or availability.

02

Prepare product work

Draft descriptions or organise attributes from supplied facts. Your team reviews material before it reaches the catalogue.

03

Sort incoming requests

Summarise a conversation and prepare it for the right person. Connect operational actions only where permissions and business rules are defined.

Our own implementation

Alphabite

Try the assistant on this website.

We built it to answer questions and help visitors contact the team. Human support stays available as an option, and staff can take over. Use the chat button to try the interaction; the transparency page explains how our assistant is used.

About our assistant

Behind the screens

A rule is sometimes better than a model.

Stock synchronisation and shipping labels need dependable rules. AI is useful for interpreting a question or drafting a response. We separate those jobs so the assistant cannot guess a price, alter an order or promise a refund outside its allowed scope.

Working together

From the first conversation to a working result.

  1. 01

    Pick the task

Bring recurring questions and examples of work the team repeats. We decide which task is worth testing.

  2. 02

    Connect and constrain

Choose approved information, permitted actions and the points that require a person or confirmation.

  3. 03

    Test real situations

Check ordinary requests, ambiguous questions and failure cases. Review quality and cost before widening the rollout.

Before we get started.

Can we see something you have actually built?

The assistant on this website is our own implementation. Visitors can ask questions, leave contact details or request a person; our team can take over the conversation. Try the chat button to see the interaction, including the option to ask for a person.

Does it replace customer support?

No. We plan an explicit route to a person and decide what happens when nobody is immediately available. A visitor should not have to finish an interview just to ask for a callback.

Can it access orders or change them?

Only through explicitly authorised integrations. We define identity checks, permissions, confirmation and audit records for each action. We do not give a general chat interface unrestricted access to customer or order data.

How do we know whether it is useful?

Start with representative questions, including missing information and requests it must refuse or hand over. After release, review answer quality, handoffs, completed tasks and operating cost. We agree the success criteria before expanding the scope.

Tell us about your next step.

A few details are enough to start a useful conversation. No meeting booking required.
