New online store

Build an online store that fits your business.

Your products, your brand and the way you work. We bring them together in an online store, and help with the practical steps from payment setup to the first shipment.

The work

Building your online store: what we help with

Some founders arrive with products and a clear identity. Others bring an idea. We start from what you have.

01

Brand and product presentation

We can help with naming, visual identity, product artwork and packaging, alongside the store design. You make the business decisions with our guidance.

02

Catalogue and shopping

Categories, product variants, images and descriptions that help people choose. We design and test the pages with your products, including on mobile.

03

Payments and delivery

Help with provider onboarding and setup, followed by test orders. We work through what happens when an order is paid, prepared, shipped or needs attention.

04

The practical launch details

Guidance on the domain and branded email, plus showing your team how to update products and handle orders.

INARA

INARA

INARA started with an idea.

We helped the founders turn that idea into a brand, product artwork, packaging and an online store. Alongside the design, we guided them through the domain, branded email, payment and shipping setup. The business decisions stayed theirs; we helped them make those decisions and handled the implementation.

Behind the screens

Your first orders need a process, too.

We discuss who prepares orders, how labels are generated and where delivery updates appear. Batch processing and pick lists can make sense for one business; a different setup may suit another.

Working together

From the first conversation to a working result.

  1. 01

    Start with what you have

Bring your products, references or notes. Together we decide what the first version needs and which decisions are still open.

  2. 02

See your own store take shape

Review the design with your products, then try the working store. We agree changes while there is still time to make them properly.

  3. 03

    Test the first order together

Check payment, email, delivery and order handling. We show your team how to use the store and agree how support continues.

Before we get started.

Can you help us decide what we need?

Yes. We ask about your products, customers and plans, explain the options and help you make decisions. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification.

How much does it cost to build an online store?

The price depends on scope: design complexity, catalogue structure, data migration and integrations. An existing identity and organised product information reduce preparation, and the first launch can be separated from later improvements. The first conversation is free; our pricing page explains how we prepare a proposal.

How long does it take to build an online store?

We estimate after reviewing the catalogue, design, data and required integrations. The proposal sets out phases, review points and a realistic launch plan. Timing also depends on when product information, images and provider registrations are ready.

Can we keep our existing branding?

Yes. Bring the identity, packaging and design materials you already use. We will identify what works for the new store and what needs adapting.

What if we already have an online store?

In the first conversation we review your current store and what is not working, then recommend the right approach — a redesign, new features, integrations or a new store. You decide once you know what each option involves.

Do you help with payment and shipping accounts?

We guide you through provider onboarding and configure the agreed services in the store. You supply the business information and approvals that the providers require.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

Product examples, your current site or social profile if you have one, and the questions holding you back. If you have a product spreadsheet, images or branding, bring those too.

What happens after the store goes live?

We show your team how to use it and agree the support arrangements. You can bring us problems, customer feedback and ideas for further development.

What do we check before the first real order?

We test a paid order, a failed payment, a cancelled order and delivery to the locations you serve. We also check mobile variants, stock updates, customer emails and what your team sees when preparing the shipment. You review the store with real product data before launch.

Tell us about your next step.

Tell us what you want to improve or launch. You do not need a finished brief or a meeting booking. The first conversation is free and without obligation.
